What does "seats" mean?
A seat is one professional free for the whole length of your appointment. "3 seats" at 12pm – 1pm means three people could book that slot right now. The count drops as others book and comes back if someone cancels.
Can I pay cash?
Yes, where the business accepts it. You can also pay online with card or mobile money through Paystack, or use wallet credit.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from Your bookings. Cancelling at least 24 hours before is free and online payments are refunded to your wallet.
